Cut it big and it's a wreath (maybe delete the center?).
DXF available for download on my blog, and I have another set of files with the whiskers still attached at the nose end. After cutting you lift them up a little from the page. Cute!

All the shapes came from dingbat fonts! I added and subtracted little bits as needed, and stretched or compressed them to make them fit.
