i think that she down loaded the new version from silhouette forum she's coming over tomorrow and she will have a look at it what i have to do is find a file click to copy then go to the silhouette and put it in that way she done it yesterday but when i tried it it was a no no for me

If you download and save it to your desktop you should be able to find and open it easily Rae

Rae when your daughter comes to check it again for you, get her to sit with you while you try, and she'll hopefully see where you might be going wrong.

thank you doreen and rosemary she showed me how to do it ive to go to silhouette open it click file open and then i should be able to pick what one i want it will do me just now till i get my computer back but its a pest you know its taking me longer to cut a file,any other time i just rattle through and its cut with no more faffling roll on when its ready
