Downloading GSD files

Hi guys, I have just been updating my files, so I have been looking at the templates. I cant seem to download any GSD files from the UKS site, I keep getting PHP file. Can anyone help me, as I don't understand what that means.

Have a look at what it says here ...you can either do what Joyce suggests or try a different browser.
