You can get coloured plasma sheets from Partners - it is mega thick but sizzix will cut it. HTH

Craftwork Cards (who are a sponsor) sell sheets of plasma - as well as cards, tags and shapes. It's pretty heavy duty, should stand up to most uses. www.craftworkcards.co.uk.
Another thought would be heavy duty OHP plastic, would be easy to punch etc, if you were going to keep the stuff fairly flat. It's about the same thickness as the stuff some of the sets of clear stamps come on.
You could post on the shopping forum, for more suggestions from sponsors

Another thought: I just had to look at the newly reopened One Purple Cow site and they have special sheets for holding stamps, which are already punched to go in a binder

Personally, I use Marvec sheets for a couple of years now and it seems like it does the trick.
